The Spa Therapist position performs body treatments according to established protocols ensuring all guests experience pure peace and relaxation.
What you will do
Recommend follow-up treatments to address specific guest concerns or requests.
Provide detailed information to guests about available spa services and other resort offerings.
To be able to provide professional treatments for any guest including but not limited to massage, facial treatments and body treatments.
Work closely with other therapists, spa management, and front desk staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Provide support and assistance to team members during peak hours or special events.
What you bring
Certified for massage and beauty treatments.
At least 2 years of experience in a luxury spa environment.
Outstanding communication skills and command of English are essential.
Excellent communication and exceptional guest service skills
Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Guest centricity and understanding of the importance of guests’ preferences.

Spa Supervisor
Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Spa Supervisor. This person must have a commitment and passion and will provide a first-class service to the Four Seasons Standards, ensuring that the guests’ needs are met and will do this in a pleasant manner as an ambassador for the Four Seasons product.
As an integral member of the Spa, the Spa Supervisor is responsible for:
Overseeing daily spa operations, including appointment scheduling, staff management, and customer service.
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
Assisting the Spa Manager in overseeing training to ensure consistency in treatment and up to date knowledge on products; implementation and set up for all spa front of house guest areas.
Supporting service staff during spa operation.
Managing staff, developing procedures, and ensuring revenue targets are met.
Overseeing the development of new spa treatments, marketing, and customer relations.
The ideal Spa Supervisor candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task – personifying luxury guest service. Previous experience within luxury Spa preferable. Qualified and experienced with proven certification. Excellent communication skills for both guest and management interaction. The ability to take a proactive approach to understanding guests' needs and desires. Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
Candidates must have a firm knowledge of Spa operations and must have 1 year of experience in a similar role. Candidates must be able to speak, read and write Bahasa Malaysia as well as being fluent in English. Must have the right to work in Malaysia.

Operations and Guest Services
- Responsible for overseeing daily aspects of all guest service, including customer service, guest reservation, reception, staff scheduling, amenities, and overall guest experience

- Develop and maintain positive working relationship with staff team and hotel team
- Inspect work areas and tools/equipment to ensure conformance to standards. Report and follow up on maintenance/repair/cleaning needs until completion
- Ensure that public and private areas are in impeccable physical condition and well maintained
- Prepare effective and timely operational and management reporting, including staff roster, staff commission report, monthly performance report
- Attend all staff meetings, product and treatment training classes
- Assume training responsibilities to front-line staff as required
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and place operational, treatment, and retail orders
Business Performance
- Work with the management team to meet revenue goals and costs
- Assist in executing sales and marketing initiatives
- Upsell and cross-sell services and products to reach revenue goals
- Assist with sales, promotions, and merchandising of retail products to generate revenue
- Present and review retail and service performance numbers to the management team on a daily basis
- Review analysis of data pertaining to financial business performance on a weekly basis with Wellness & Spa Director
Qualifications :
- Aaged between 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor Degree in any related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Assistant Manager or Manager in 5-star luxury spas
- Spa Manager Certificate required
- Spa therapy knowledge (body and face)
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience
- Computer skills (MS Office), Spa operating systems (Booker), and other operational systems
- Fluent in English and Thai, both spoken and written
- Leadership, teamwork, and communication skills are essential
- Ability to respond to guest and employee concerns with urgency and professionalism
- Ability to effectively and consistently develop and coach front line staff
