Front Office Supervisor

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

  • Assist guests with check in and checkout, and other cashiering duties

About the role

SAMS Greens & Grains PTE LTD is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. This is a full-time position based at our location in Raffles Place, Central Region. As a Junior Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting our kitchen operations, assisting in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes. Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards

  • Assist in mise en place activities, including ingredient preparation, chopping, dicing and portioning

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen station, equipment and storage areas in compliance with health and safety standards

  • Support senior chef in food preparation and cooking during service periods
