About the Role
We're looking for a Hospitality & Bar All-Rounder who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, social environment.
This role combines specialty coffee preparation, food service, court-side hospitality, and lounge operations. You'll be one of the key faces of the club, helping members feel welcomed, cared for, and connected whether they're enjoying a coffee, relaxing with friends, or playing on the courts.
Key Responsibilities
Beverage & Bar Service
Prepare specialty coffee, healthy smoothies, and signature beverages to VITA standards.
Support beverage service during peak social and evening periods.
Maintain consistent product quality and presentation.
Food Preparation & Service
Prepare and serve VITA's easy-menu offerings, including bowls, premium sandwiches, and light snacks.
Ensure efficient service while maintaining excellent presentation standards.
Court-Side Hospitality
Deliver beverages, snacks, towels, and other guest amenities directly to the courts.
Anticipate member needs and provide proactive, attentive service throughout their visit.
Club Atmosphere & Experience
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the social hub and dining areas.
Help create an energetic and welcoming atmosphere aligned with the VITA brand experience.
Inventory & Hygiene
Assist with daily stock counts and inventory management.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
Qualification
Previous experience as a Barista, Café Associate, Server, or Hospitality Team Member.
Experience in premium cafés, specialty coffee shops, casual dining restaurants, sports clubs, or hospitality venues is highly preferred.
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to be hands-on.
Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

About the role

Role Description

Prepare cocktails, mocktails, coffee and other beverages consistently

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Experience managing a premium or luxury restaurant environment is highly preferred.
