Role Description
The Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Pattaya, responsible for overseeing all beverage operations across the resort’s bars, restaurants, beach club, pool venues, and special events. This role drives beverage innovation, quality, profitability, and guest satisfaction by developing unique beverage programs, managing beverage costs and inventory, leading training initiatives, and ensuring compliance with all safety and service standards.
The Beverage Manager works closely with the Food & Beverage team to create distinctive beverage experiences that align with The Standard brand while maximizing revenue opportunities. Qualifications

Proven leadership skills with experience in team management, coaching, training, and performance development.
