Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities 

1.     Daily Production Supervision

·      Oversee shift operations across preparation, cooking, chilling, assembly, and packaging.

·      Monitor critical control points including cooking temperatures, blast chilling rates, and cold chain integrity.
