Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Experience

Role Description

The Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Pattaya, responsible for overseeing all beverage operations across the resort’s bars, restaurants, beach club, pool venues, and special events. What we're looking for

  • Demonstrated expertise in menu design, food preparation and kitchen management

JOB DESCRIPTION


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across all restaurant locations

  • Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff

  • Manage inventory, stock receiving, and coordination with headquarters

  • Handle cash reconciliation, sales reporting, and performance monitoring

  • Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service

  • Drive sales performance and enhance customer experience

  • Identify and implement operational improvements

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelo's degree in any fields 

  • Over 1 years as General Manager in Food and Beverage, Retail or Services Industries 

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written

  • Proven management experience, preferably within the Food & Beverage, Retail, or Service industries

  • Strong leadership and team development skills

  • Able to prepare reports, manage inventory, and oversee basic financial operations

  • Comfortable using tablets and digital systems for daily store operations such as POS system
