About the role

What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management within the hospitality industry
Proven track record of managing multiple food and beverage outlets or a large-scale operation
Demonstrated experience in budget management, cost control and achieving profitability targets
Strong knowledge of culinary practices, menu development and beverage programmes
Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
In-depth understanding of health, safety and food hygiene regulations and best practices
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests and staff
Experience in event and banquet management
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in food and beverage management systems and relevant software

Summary
Financial:

3. To assist in bringing all the outlet managers and Outlet chefs up to date with market needs and trends then ensuring that their product meets these requirements.
4. To assist each Outlet Manager in the planning and implementation of effective marketing plan to ensure maximum revenues and profits.
Staff:
1. To assist each outlet manager in elaborating the weekly staff schedule planning and elaborate the monthly vacation plan for the whole F&B department.
2. To assist each outlet manager in planning and implementing effective training programs for their respective staff, in conjunction with the Director of Food & Beverage and department trainers.
3. To assist each outlet Manager in maximizing productivity and morale and in maintaining discipline.
4. To hire and fire all staff, with approval of the Director of Food & Beverage
5. To follow up with the appraisal interviews and conduct the Appraisal interviews of all levels 1, 2 and 3 personnel in the Food & Beverage department
Administration:
1. To assist the Director of Food & Beverage in all administrative jobs in the F&B Office.
2. To assist the Director of Food & Beverage in preparing forms and reports which are to be given to the General Manager.
· Minimum 5 years of Food & Beverage management experience, including at least 3 years in a Manager-level role.
· Strong business acumen with proven ability to drive revenue and profitability.
· Excellent leadership and team development capabilities.
· Strong communication skills in English.
· Ability to read and write Thai

OPERATIONS
Planning and arrange the manpower to operate the restaurant running by doing the schedule and make sure the restaurant operations flow is smooth.
Responsible for overall of operations such as electricity system, AC system, cleanliness, staffs grooming and etc.
Handle the guests complaint and maintain the guest satisfactions to make sure mood of the restaurant always goes well especially VIP and high demanding clients.
Summarize the operations issues in case of see somethings weak the manager need to actions right away and ensure the actions has logical and efficiency.
To be the compromiser when restaurant mood goes to the wrong direction e.g. conflict between each division the manager must solve the issue by courtesy and professional or any issue the manager must handle it on the right directions.
