  • Evaluate the effectiveness of domestic and international sales activities across leisure, family, corporate, seminar, MICE, wholesale and online markets.

  • Review performance across direct booking channels, OTAs, travel partners, corporate accounts and other distribution channels.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor performance, customer behavior and source-market opportunities.

  • Challenge and follow up on Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management action plans to ensure alignment with owner targets.

  • Review digital marketing performance, including social media, online advertising, website conversion, CRM, direct booking and OTA content.

  • Recommend practical actions to improve occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, market share and revenue quality.

Stayora Hospitality is looking for a hands-on Cluster Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of four hotels in Phuket: two properties in Karon and two in Chalong, with a combined inventory of approximately 200 rooms. The manager will ensure that all properties, teams and technical systems are ready for the high season and operate consistently throughout the year.

All four hotels are established operating properties that have been running for several years. They are already staffed and do not require a relaunch or the creation of operations from scratch. The Cluster Hotel Manager will lead and coordinate these managers, set priorities and hold them accountable for results.

This is an operational role. Revenue management, marketing, accounting and primary hotel sales are handled separately.

Scope of authority

•      Reports directly to the Owner.

•      May manage staff, schedules, suppliers, contractors and routine operations within approved policies and budgets.

•      Does not independently set room rates, manage marketing campaigns, control company bank accounts or make material financial commitments without approval.

Candidate profile

•      Proven experience as a Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, Executive Assistant Manager or similar hospitality leadership role.

•      Experience managing more than one hotel or property is strongly preferred.

•      Practical experience preparing hotel operations for the Phuket high season.

•      Native or fluent Thai and strong working English are required.

•      Strong people-management, organisation, problem-solving and follow-through skills.

•      Hands-on leadership style and willingness to spend significant time on property.

•      Good knowledge of hotel operations, housekeeping standards, maintenance coordination and guest service.

•      Local knowledge of Phuket suppliers, contractors and travel agents is an advantage.
