  • Building and maintaining high-quality relationships with hotel guests & corporate clients staying with us and using our meeting facilities
  • Training up your staff to deliver a high standard of friendly and personalized service to guests

  • Using that feedback to help us improve our F&B operation
  • Improving the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for your areas of responsibility

This role requires:

Position Statement

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

The Sales Manager – Rooms is responsible for driving room revenue through proactive sales efforts, account management and market development.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role focuses on identifying and securing business across key segments including corporate, leisure and travel trade.
