Position summary statement:
The Senior Lifestyle Executive ensures exceptional guest and member experiences by providing personalized care, efficient scheduling, and seamless service. Responsible for driving programs, enhancing guest experiences, and supporting spa / gym / studio / pool operations to maximize revenue. This role focuses on attracting, engaging, and retaining spa / fitness members through operational excellence, effective sales strategies, personalized service, and promotional initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Guest/Member Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, residents, or members to ensure their lifestyle needs and preferences are met.
Develop strong relationships with guests and members to understand and anticipate their lifestyle needs.
Address and resolve any issues or requests.
Event / Program Planning & Management
Plan, coordinate, and execute events / programs.
Oversee logistics, scheduling, partners liaison and any special requests.
Service Excellence
Ensure the delivery of exceptional service across all lifestyle offerings, such as wellness, fitness, leisure activities, and dining experiences.
Continuously improve services based on feedback and market trends.
Lead a team to maintain high standards of service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Program Development
Develop and introduce new lifestyle programs and initiatives that add value to the guests and members experience.
Collaborate with various departments design programs that cater to the interests and needs of guests and members.

Key Responsibilities:
· Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations within the female spa/bathhouse area to ensure a smooth workflow and premium service standards.
· Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service quality.
· Compliance & Safety: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with Singapore regulations (e.g., NEA guidelines).
· Service Coordination: Liaise with the front desk, therapists, and housekeeping teams to provide a unified guest journey.
· Guest Relations: Professionally manage customer inquiries, feedback, and any operational issues, ensuring swift resolution.

Requirements:
· Industry Experience: At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in the spa, wellness, or hospitality sector.
· Leadership Skills: Strong team management and interpersonal skills to lead a diverse service team.
· Problem-Solving: Proven ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.
· Operational Flexibility: Able to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
· Gender Requirement: Due to the nature of the work environment (private female bathhouse/changing area), this position is open to female candidates only to maintain guest privacy and comfort.
· Communication: Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred to assist a diverse range of guests and team members.

Spa Operations – you will ensure that our Spa lives up to the standards benefitting our brand by ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of the premise. This includes looking into housekeeping matters such as replacing soiled linen and other related duties.
Guest Services – drive guest experience by ensuring our treatment rooms adhere to brand standards in terms of temperature, ambience etc. In performing this role, you will need to always maintain adequate product supplies.
Job Requirements
Professional certification (e.g WSQ Certificate in Spa Services, CIBTAC Diploma in Spa Therapy, relevant NITEC courses) or equivalents qualification
Experience in a similar capability, and in an establishment of a similar standing.
Excellent knowledge of spa operations, spa management, treatments and other related aspects.
Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
