About the role
The F&B Accounting Manager is the senior financial position overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operation management. This role is responsible for financial strategy, P&L management, budget oversight, and cost control across all venues, and take care of TMG Accounting for P&L and budget reporting for our F&B group.
Key responsibilities
Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly and annual financial reports for all venues.
Analyze financial data, including trends, variances, and performance metrics, to provide actionable insights to the CEO and other senior leaders.
Present comprehensive financial reporting to senior management summarizing key financial metrics and performance, and offering recommendations for improvement.
Track and monitor budget performance, providing monthly forecasts and adjusting financial projections.
Implement and manage cost control systems to ensure financial efficiency across all venues, focusing on food and beverage costs, labor cost, and overhead expenses.
Perform cost-benefit analyses on menu items, ingredients sourcing, and supplier contracts to ensure maximum profitability.
Oversee inventory management, ensuring that inventory systems are accurate and reflect the actual usage of goods.
Manage cash handling and banking activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and safeguarding financial assets.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including local tax laws, reporting requirements, and industry standards.
Lead a small team of F&B accountants, providing guidance, training and mentorship to ensure adherence to company policies and accurate financial reporting.
About you
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Financial management, with at least 1 years in a senior cost control finance role withing the F&B, FMCG or hospitality industry.
Proven expertise in budget management, cost control, and P&L reporting in multi-venue operations
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards
Experience with F&B-specific financial management tools
Degrees in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification CPD are preferred
A CPA license is an advantage
Excellent in English communication skills (Speaking and Writing)

About the role
The Assistant Chief Accountant supports the Chief Accountant in managing the hotel's/hostel's daily accounting operations, financial controls, reporting, and compliance. Assist with month-end and year-end closing
Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
Ensure transactions are accurately recorded and properly supported
Assist with preparation of monthly financial reports
Monitor Accounts Payable and ensure invoices are properly reviewed and approved
Support supplier payment processes and monitor Accounts Receivable and outstanding balances
Review daily revenue from rooms, F&B, events, activities, merchandise, and other ancillary services
Verify daily sales reports and POS transactions and reconcile cash, credit card, online payment, and other payment channels
About you
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality
Previous experience as Assistant Chief Accountant, Senior Accountant, Accountant, or equivalent
Hotel, hostel, resort, restaurant, or F&B experience preferred
Strong understanding of hospitality accounting and financial controls
Experience with hotel PMS, POS, and accounting systems is an advantage
Strong Excel and reconciliation skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good command of English
