Day-to-day, you'll be...

  • Building and maintaining high-quality relationships with companies who need our meeting facilities and hotel room accommodations
  • Meeting directly with logistics staff at these companies to find out what their needs are in the coming months and identifying what the hotel can do for them
  • Writing and sending quotations and contracts to potential clients to secure future business
  • Ensuring that a booked event will go smoothly on the day of the event.
  • Soliciting corporate guest feedback
  • Using that feedback to help us improve our hotel services & operations
  • Improving the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sales & marketing

This role requires:

  • Previous experience as a hotel Sales Executive in 4 or 5 star hotels
  • Previous experience living/working outside your home country, preferably in Asia.

Job Description - Chef de Cuisine

For our refined F&B Operation that includes an elegant gourmet a la carte restaurant and 150 seat banquet room, we are now welcoming applicants for the position of Chef de Cuisine/ Head Chef (French/Mediterranean/Western Cuisine).

This challenging full time hands-on position is for you if you:

  • have experience in French/Mediterranean/Western Cuisine.
  • are an accomplished chef who loves to cook, with a passion for creating new dishes, a strong personal style, and desire the freedom in the creation of the menu.
  • gain satisfaction from meeting & talking with the guests in the restaurant.
  • have advanced culinary skills, including food production, creation of new dishes, and presentation skills.
  • have experience in a la carte and banquet cookery as well as cocktail style finger food.
